The Michael Garbo Foundation was founded in 2022 to honor the memory and ultimate sacrifice of fallen Drug Enforcement Administration Group Supervisor Michael Garbo.
Garbo’s family established the Michael Garbo Foundation to honor his legacy and bring awareness to issues that were important to Michael, such as the illegal transportation of guns and illicit substances taking place in the heart of many communities. Our fundamental mission is to continue Michael’s work through this foundation by taking a stand on such activities that may ultimately harm our families, children, and communities.
The Michael Garbo Foundation is a legal entity incorporated as a non-profit organization registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission. The Michael Garbo Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization filed with the Federal Internal Revenue Service.
This foundation was formed not only to honor the memory of fallen Drug Enforcement Administration GS Michael Garbo but to inform the American people of the sacrifices of these men and women who put their lives on the line by fulfilling their calling of protecting the American people.
